One studio. Any software.

We don't sell one product — we build yours. Whatever the idea, there's a version of it we can put in your customers' hands.

Web Applications

Dashboards, portals, SaaS platforms — fast, modern, and built to scale with your business.

Mobile Apps

iOS and Android apps your customers actually want to use, from idea to App Store.

AI & Automation

Chatbots, intelligent workflows, and AI features that turn busywork into a button.

E-commerce

Storefronts, checkout flows, and integrations that convert browsers into buyers.

APIs & Integrations

Connect the tools you already use, or expose your own platform to the world.

Design & UX

Interfaces that look sharp and feel obvious — every pixel earns its place.

Everyone from a founder to a ministry.

You don't need a Fortune 500 budget to work with a senior team. We build for individuals, small companies, corporations, and government branches alike — the same standards, whatever the scale.

Individuals & founders

One person with a bold idea and a napkin sketch. We make it real — and take it as seriously as any enterprise contract.

Small companies

Lean teams that need to punch above their weight. Product-grade software without a product-grade headcount.

Corporations

Established businesses modernizing, scaling, or finally shipping the thing the internal roadmap never reaches.

Government & public sector

Public institutions that need software done right — accountable, secure, and built to outlast the term.

Software everyone can actually use.

Accessibility isn't a checkbox we tick at the end — it's built in from the first wireframe. Every product we ship is designed and tested to WCAG standards, so it works for keyboard users, screen readers, and everyone in between.

WCAG from day one

Contrast, focus order, semantics, and reduced-motion — designed in, not bolted on.

Tested, not assumed

Real keyboard and screen-reader passes on every build — not a Lighthouse score and a shrug.

Powered by Accessly

We run continuous accessibility monitoring through Accessly, our own platform, so your product stays compliant long after launch.

Accesslyour platform

Our accessibility platform — continuous scanning, monitoring, and fixes that keep your product conformant with WCAG, the ADA, and the European Accessibility Act.

AI that does the work, not the talking.

Every business is being sold AI right now. We're the ones who make it actually do something: copilots grounded in your data, workflows that run themselves, and AI features your customers touch — shipped with the same engineering standards as everything else we build.

Copilots on your data

Chat that answers from your documents, tickets, and databases — with sources, not hallucinations.

Workflows that run themselves

The 40 clicks your team does every morning, done before they sit down.

AI your customers can touch

Search, summaries, and smart defaults built into your product — invisible until it feels like magic.

your-copilot.aiconnected to your data

Summarize yesterday's 218 support tickets. Three themes: shipping delays (41%), password resets (28%), refunds (19%). I drafted three macro replies — approve and I'll deploy them.

Which customers look like they might churn? 17 accounts show churn signals. The top three are flagged in your CRM, each with a suggested win-back offer.

Book this pile of invoices. 82 invoices parsed and booked. Two need human eyes — flagged with reasons.

concept demo — we build copilots like this on your data, in your stack.

Commitments, not claims.

Twenty years in, we still run like it's week one: a small senior team, zero bureaucracy, and standards every client gets in writing — in every contract.

20years

shipping software

Two decades of launches — through every framework, platform, and trend the internet has thrown at us.

7days

Every engagement starts with something you can click within the first week.

24hours

max response time

Questions never sit in a queue. You always know where your project stands.

100%

yours — code, IP, accounts

Everything we build belongs to you from day one. No lock-in, ever.

two decades of green squares — and counting

No mystery. Ever.

Most software projects fail in the dark. Ours happen in daylight — you see everything, approve everything, and can stop at any milestone.

01

Discover

We listen first. Your goals, your users, your constraints — mapped before a line of code. You get a fixed-scope proposal with real numbers, not a vague estimate.

02

Design

Wireframes to polished, clickable mockups — so you see exactly what we're building before we build it. Nothing goes to code until you've approved it on screen.

03

Build

Short cycles, working software every week, and progress you can click on — not just read about. Every Friday, a live demo of what shipped.

04

Ship & Grow

Launch is the start. We monitor, maintain, and iterate as your product finds its audience — and hand over everything if you ever want to take it in-house.

Three ways to work with us.

Pricing follows scope and is quoted up front — before any work begins. We'll recommend the model that fits, not the one that bills the most.

Fixed Scope

one quote · one deadline · one launch

A defined build with a defined price. Best for MVPs, redesigns, and projects where you know what done looks like.

Product Retainer

monthly design + engineering

A steady stream of senior product work, shipped weekly. Best for products that keep evolving after launch.

Embedded Team

our seniors, your standups

We plug into your team, your tools, and your roadmap. Best for companies scaling faster than they can hire.

every row above is in our contracts — ask us to show you.

Quiet by design.

Total client privacy isn't a feature — it's our operating posture. Engagements run under strict confidentiality with enterprise-grade security practices across every repository, environment, and conversation, and a single accountable point of contact from kickoff to handover.

NDA-first

Signed before your first sentence — ours or yours, standard on every engagement.

Zero-disclosure default

No logos, no case studies, no name-drops. Your project doesn't exist until you say it does.

Least-privilege access

Credentials scoped to the work, rotated on schedule, and revoked the day we hand over.

IP assigned in full

Work-for-hire terms in plain English — every line, asset, and account is yours.

06 / why we exist

Every business is becoming a software business. Most can't afford a Silicon Valley team — they shouldn't need one.

I've been building software for clients for twenty years — through the rise of the smartphone, the cloud, and now AI. In 2026 we relaunched as Pixels & Code with the same belief that started it all: product-grade engineering shouldn't be a luxury. The companies that win the next decade will be the ones whose software is exactly as ambitious as they are.

The things everyone actually asks.

What does it cost?+

Every project gets a fixed-scope quote before we start — you'll never get a surprise invoice. We work three ways: fixed-scope projects, a monthly product retainer, or an embedded team that works as an extension of yours. We'll recommend the one that fits, not the one that bills the most.

How fast will I see something real?+

A clickable prototype in the first week, and a live demo of working software every Friday after that. If a week ever goes by where you can't see progress with your own eyes, something has gone wrong — and that's on us.

Who owns the code?+

You do. One hundred percent. Repositories, accounts, infrastructure, and IP are in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, you lose nothing — take everything to another team tomorrow.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?+

Most of our clients aren't — that's why they hire us. We translate business goals into technical decisions and explain every trade-off in plain English. You never need to learn our vocabulary; we learn yours.

Will you sign an NDA?+

Yes — before you tell us anything sensitive. We'll countersign yours or send ours the same day. Confidentiality is our default posture: we never disclose who we work with, engagement details stay inside the engagement, and discretion is treated as part of the deliverable.

What happens after launch?+

Whatever you need: full maintenance and monitoring, a monthly iteration retainer to keep shipping features, or a clean, documented handover to your own team. Launch day is a beginning, not a goodbye.
